The Pasta Foods business in Great Yarmouth had its origins in Waveney Mills, which has specialised for many years in milling semolina from durum wheat. As well as milling semolina for in-house pasta production we also produce and sell a range of semolina and durum wheat products for food manufacturers and retailers.
The applications of durum semolina include the production of:

- savoury snacks
- biscuits and shortbread
- sweet puddings
- a wide range of Middle Eastern and Asian sweetmeats
